He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Fry; his parents, Jim Fry and Jayne Forehan; his stepfather Otis Forhan; and his brother Nelson G..

He is survived by: his children, Mark Fry, Michael Fry (Cindy), Cynthia Hall (Ron), Teresa Luckey (Nick), Lori Hall (James) and James Fry (Nicole). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Jerry's name can be made to the Charity of donor's choice.
