He is survived by: his parents, James Vanover, and Anna Vanover, Sr.; his children, Zachary Smith, Kimberly Amber Rose Vanover and Stephanie Vanover; his siblings, James Vanover, Jr. (Crystal) and Thomas Vanover; his friend John Johnston; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Matteo, Arya and Malina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
