It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Steers (Covington, Kentucky), who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Alery Smith, Jr.; and her siblings, Sandy, Penny, Eva, Wayne, Rosie and Gomer.
She is survived by : her mother Nancy Ann Smith; her son Allen Steers (Lori); and her siblings, Bessie and Ray. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
