She is survived by: her wife Dr. Bonnie Meyer; her parents, Joe Meyer and Dale Meyer; her children, Alyssa Nickles and Kyle Nickles (Jade); her brothers, Chris Meyer (Megan), David Meyer (Marisa McNee) and Jon Meyer (Maranda); her niece Lydia Meyer; and her nephews, Lucas Meyer and Ryan Meyer. She is also survived by mother, and her children.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that contributions be made in Katies memory to the NKY Pride Center, an organization close to her heart.
