He was predeceased by: his wife Dianna Rae Gregory; and his siblings, Ronnie Gregory and Wanda Gregory. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Dale Gregory (Jamie Sebastian), Angie Gregory and Carlotta Marie Piastrelli; and his siblings, Jeff Gregory, David Gregory, Lisa Gregory, Teresa Gregory and Phyliss Hall. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
