He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Haywood and Betty Haywood; his stepfather Jack; and his brothers, Quincy Haywood, Henry Haywood and Gary Haywood.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Haywood, Jr. and Mandy Haywood (Carlando Myers); his siblings, Michael Haywood (Linda), Charlotte Haywood and Lovevenia Smith (Buster); his grandchildren, Savannah Sizemore and Mallory Sizemore; and his great grandchild Daveontae Godard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
