With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew John Bihl (Covington, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bihl and Judy Bihl. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Bill and Theresa Lewis; his daughters, Nicole Sheehy (Paul) and Kimberly Bihl (Jon Hellmann); his grandchildren, Casey Sheehy, Ivan Sheehy, Olivia Sheehy and Sylvie Sheehy; and his siblings, Mark Bihl (Kris), Susan Schroeder (Dave), Cindy Murphy (Dan) and Christine McCauley (Patrick). He is also survived by cousins, friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to A Cleaner Kentucky at CleanerKY.org, either monetarily or through volunteering your time, as this nonprofit was very close to Matthew's heart.
