He was predeceased by: his mother Jeri Alley. He is survived by: his father Michael Alley; his wife Julie Alley; his sons, Austin and Brycen Alley; his siblings, Shannon Alley (Kyla), Mica Nelson (Earl) and Caitlyn Alley Peña (Paul); and his siblings' children, Jacob, Avery, Gabriella, Rhylee Alley, John Bates, Chloe, Matthew Nelson, Alayna, Ty, Dankworth, Payton, Landen, Jayce Maynard, Cami, Isabelle Johnson, Hugo and Jude Peña.

In lieu of flowers, there will be a giving basket to help with the family's expenses.
