He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Haggard. He is survived by: his children, Glen Haggard (Destiny) of Covington and Susie Whiteker (Jackie) of Dry Ridge; and his siblings, Lee Haggard of Florence, Joyce Price of West Covington and Janice Spence of Burlington. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
