She is survived by: her children, Shelby Shawn Sebastian of Covington, KY and Jennifer McGrath (Phil) of Alexandria, KY; her brother John Ed Eversole (Lora); her grandchildren, Delaney, Wesley, Max Sebastian, Mallory and Jackson McGrath; and her great grandchild Parker A. Sebastian. She is also survived by many loving brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, and other family members, and friends.
