It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Smith (Covington, Kentucky), who passed away on June 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Irvin Smith Sr.; her parents, Homer Floyd Schaffer and Sue Mae LeMaster Schaffer; her sister Rosalee Schaffer; and her grandson John Donald Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Pamala Brown (Roy) and Donald I. Smith, Jr.; her grandchildren, Wesley Brown, Sydney Heising (Joshua), Chandler Brown-Otworth (Trenton), Noah Schaffer Smith (Mitchell) and Hinzee Aurora Smith; her great grandchild Sutton Otworth; and her sister Mary Sue Currin (Ed).
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the SOMC Hospice Center or fill a book bag full of school supplies to be donated to a local school.
