She was predeceased by: her father Bill Smith, Sr.; and her son Joseph Lee Vanover, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Leila Moore; her husband Joseph Vanover, Sr.; her children, Zachary Smith, Kimberly Vanover and Stephanie Vanover; and her brother William Dennis Smith, Jr.. She is also survived by 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
