He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Bullock. He is survived by: his wife Konea Hillard Moore; his children, Sheila Michelle McIntosh, Richard Kenneth Moore, Jr. (Allisee) and Michaela Moore; his siblings, Randy Marcum and Stefanie Florence (Tony); his grandchildren, Chloe Hubbard, Matt Hubbard, Gryphon Moore and Freya Moore; and his aunt Sheila Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015).
