He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Brue and Fred Brue; and his sisters, Joanne Popp, Dorothy M. Brue, Rose Marie Brue and Barbara A. Brue.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary "Betty" Whitaker (Allen), Carol J. Brue and James "Jimmy" F. Brue (Peggy). He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and nephews as well as many great great nieces and nephews.
