He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Herbst and Clare Herbst; his son Bobby Herbst Jr.; and his brother Bill Herbst. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Herbst; and his daughter Tina Forschler (Mark). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
