He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Powell; his children, Carla Annette Featheringill (Brian), Roger Lee Powell Jr., LeAnne Powell Glover (Ron) and Davena Fletcher; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Brian Jr., Amber, Matthew, Travis, Baleigh Rose, Roxanne, Rebecca, Ian and Logan. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
