He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Meyer and Thelma Meyer; his wife Donna Meyer; and his sister Sue Lawrence. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Brock, Kellie Sherlock (Mark) and Barbara Meyer; his brother Jerry Meyer; his close friend Barb Smith; and his pet Herman. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in Ronald's name to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017.
