He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Gene Trent Sr. and Dorothy Sears-Trent; and his siblings, Wayne Trent Sr., Casey Trent Sr., Billy Joe Trent (Joey) and Shirley Trent-Schwing.
He is survived by: his fiancée Tammy Jones; his children, Ronnie Trent Jr. and Sara Trent; his siblings, Buddy Trent Sr. and Connie Trent; and his grandchildren, Jackson and Lana.
