Steven I. Durkee Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven I. Durkee of Covington, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Steven left this world on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Durkee and Winifred Durkee; and his sister Jennifer S. Hall. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Cheryl Durkee; his daughters, Paige Durkee (Alex Doty) and Stephanie Specter (Matt); his brother Richard Durkee; and his grandchildren, Faith Specter, Sydney Doty, Robby Specter and Hannah Specter. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica (1140 Madison Ave, Covington, KY 41011). A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
