She was predeceased by: her parents, Amis Crutchfield and Tilda Crutchfield (Norton); her husband D. K. Lamb; her siblings, Kermit, Ed, Albert, George, Bob, Hiram, Calvin, Jim, Austin, Lucinda, Dolly and Ola; and her sons-in-law, Keith Shumate and David McClain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Hendricks, Kathryn Vaske and Kellie Shumate McClain; her sons-in-law, Donald Hendricks and Ray Vaske; her grandchildren, Jeff Vaske (Tracy), Brian Hendricks, Ray J Vaske (Marcie), Ashley Deel (Adam), Susan Jenkins (Mike), Eric Hendricks, Tim Vaske (Lesley), Bethany Clifton (Clarence) and David Shumate (Bethany); her great grandchildren, Derek (Sarah), Joseph, Avarie, Matthew, Gracie, Asher, Nathaniel, Ethan, Kailey, Aley, Miley, Eleanora, Emilia, Emery and William; her stepgreat-grandsons, Ethan and Eli; and her great great grandchildren, Benjamin, Anthony and Gwendolyn.
