He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Barry and Roberta Barry (Bobbi); and his parents-in-law, Harlind Ostrom and Hazel Ostrom. He is survived by: his wife Tami (Tami); his children, Olivia Mueller (David) and Andrew Barry; and his siblings, Mary Jo Winters (Marty), Linda Barry (Rick Nykorak), Tim Barry (Diane), Todd Barry (Lorrie) and Todd Ostrom (Marini).

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to the Boone County Animal Shelter in memory of Tom.
