He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Roundtree, and Thomas Roundtree, Sr.; and his siblings, Arnold Roundtree, Roger Roundtree, Doyle Roundtree, James Roundtree, Lester Roundtree and Gladys Roundtree-Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Ima Jean; and his daughter Rebecca Patton.
