He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Reilly Harpen; and his siblings, Mike Harpen (Lydi), Marty Harpen (Chaty), Frank Harpen (Andrea), Mary Harpen Bolger (John), Tony Harpen, Pete Harpen (Fran) and Anne Harpen Broermann (John).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cathedral Basilica (1140 Madison Ave, Covington, KY 41011). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
