He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughter Ellen Yates; his sisters, Lorna Adams (Cliff), Ann Morrison (Steve), Melissa Amsbaugh (Dave) and Heather Ratliff (Dave); his aunts, Nannette Gillon and Carolyn Willhoit; his sisters-in-law, Jana Blackfield and Pam Robertson; and his mother-in-law Iona Bruin. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews.
