He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palmer and Cheryl Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Natasha Palmer; his children, Christopher Popp, Willie Palmer Jr., Zayden Palmer, Makayla Palmer, Natalia Palmer and Autumn Ashford; and his grandson Declan Rogers. He is also survived by 9 brothers; 1 sister; numerous nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
