She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Cosby Sr. and Carole Cosby (Pentecost); her brother Robert L. Cosby Jr.; and her grandparents, Marlin Pentecost (Malcom), Joseph Lewis Pentecost, Anna Williams (Burton) and Larry Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Andrew and Addy; her sisters, Barbie Nall and Shannon Nicole Cosby-Nelson (Randy); and her siblings' children, Alexis (Jess), Lillith, Astrid, Hunter and Silas. She is also survived by pets, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the local Cancer Society or to a local animal shelter.
