It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hiatt of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Gilbert and Marie Hacker Hiatt; his siblings, Barbara Jean Blanton (Neal) and Bobby Gilbert Hiatt; his niece Paula Sue Chandler; and his grandchildren, Moses and Amelia Berry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bethany Berry (Joe) and Lori Croley (Jon); his grandchildren, Connor, Molly, Addison and Parker; his brother George Hiatt (Debbie); and his sibling's children, Regina, Twila, Shanda, Bobbi, Lisa, Rachel, Jimmy, Gary, Russell, Chris and Michael.
