With solemn reverence, we commemorate Dora Ethel Hooker (Crab Orchard, Kentucky), whose life came to an end on September 13, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aster Durham and Mary Durham (Barnett); her spouse Woodson Hooker; her daughters, Sandra Harris and Judy Reeves; and her siblings, Amos, Roy, Bennie, Glen Durham and Eva Durham.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Hooker (Christine), Tom Hooker and Janie Dehullu (Bob); and her siblings, Roger Durham (Carolyn) and Sue Wray. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McKnight Funeral Home (147 Main St, Crab Orchard, KY 40419). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
