He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ancel and Ruby Mae Raikes Noel; and his siblings, Robert Noel, Randell Noel, Guy Noel and Mary Noel McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Helen McGuire Noel; his children, Ricky Noel (Josie), Vicki Kiser (James), Rhonda Noel Brown and Anthony NoelOne (Megan); his brother Joe Noel (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Lucas Noel, Shane Noel, Kayla Noel Day, Kaleigh Vanover (Devin), Cameron Brown, Logan Noel (Kassie), Tanner Noel (Jordan), Emma Noel, Adam Wethington, Emily Kaiser (John), Knoxx, Owen Rhett, Navy, Kollyns and Lucy Tate.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the McKnight Funeral Home (147 Main St, Crab Orchard, KY 40419). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the McKnight Funeral Home Chapel (147 Main St, Crab Orchard, KY 40419).
