He is survived by: his wife Helen McGuire Noel; his children, Ricky Noel (Josie), Vicki Kiser (James), Rhonda Noel Brown and Anthony NoelOne (Megan); his brother Joe Noel (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Lucas Noel, Shane Noel, Kayla Noel Day, Kaleigh Vanover (Devin), Cameron Brown, Logan Noel (Kassie), Tanner Noel (Jordan), Emma Noel, Adam Wethington, Emily Kaiser (John), Knoxx, Owen Rhett, Navy, Kollyns and Lucy Tate.
