He was predeceased by : his parents, James Walker and Barbara Alice Weaver (Yantz); his brother-in-law Wayne Speake; and his nephew Chris Carroll. He is survived by : his wife Vivian Weaver (Smith); his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Weaver (Janet) of Stanford and Frances (Bill Glancy); and his grandchildren, James, Floyd, Jerome and Nathalie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Caswell Saufley American Legion at 7805 Ky Hwy 27 Waynesburg, Ky 40489.
