Hazel Lyons; his children, Samantha (David Enge) and Evan (Emily Lyons); his grandchildren, Jordan Lee Lyons Enge, Ellie Jo Frances Lyons and Cooper Webb LyonsOne; and his sister Sharon LyonsOne. He is also survived by his family, friends.
