He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon King and Claudia Hall King; his wife Nancy Skidmore King; and his siblings, Jesse, Simon, Henry, Sylvester, Curtis, Georgia, Janice and Joanna.
He is survived by: his daughter Glenna Hackney (Kevin); his grandson Eli Hackney of Eubank, KY; his brother Clarence King; his close friends, Rachel Middleton, Homer, Judy Ely, Shawn and Tasha Ely; Brody and Kasen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
