He was predeceased by: his father Charles Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Telisa Stevens; his sisters, Billie Stevens, Beverly Howard Kelly and Linda Stacy; his children, James Stevens, Charles Stevens and Honey Stevens; his grandchildren, James Hunter Stevens, Freya Ray Stevens and Elijah William Stevens; and his siblings, Benny Stevens, Chuck Stevens and Kathy Sergent (Many). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
