She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jean and Richard Watters Sr.; and her brothers, Vincent and Richard Watters. She is survived by: her wife Cheri Wagner-Watters; her stepdaughter April Wagner (A. D.); her sisters, Sue Von Hoene (Rick) and Sandy Dannenfelser (Dick); and her nieces and nephews, Paul, Stephanie, Kelly, David and Katie.
