Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home (706 W Jefferson St, La Grange, KY 40031). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Floydsburg Cemetery (5600 Old Floydsburg Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014).
