He is survived by: his children, Rachel Peters (Robert) and Travis Carter (Brandolyn); his grandchildren, Lily, Scarlett, Quinn and Lucy; and his brother Doug Carter (Kay). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
