With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darryl Harvey of Crestwood, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Darryl shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Darryl farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Harvey and Mable Akin Harvey; his brothers, Roger Blair Harvey and Gregory Alan Harvey; his son Aaron Matthew Harvey; and his son-in-law Mark McWane.
He is survived by: his wife Rilda Morgan Harvey; his children, Amanda McWane and Andrew Morgan Harvey (Jonathan Shepherd); and his granddaughters, Madeline and Morgan McWane.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Stoess Funeral Home (6534 State Hwy 22, Crestwood, KY 40014). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
