He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobe Davis and Jennie Davis. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, James "Chip" Davis (Terry), Anita Walker (David) and Debra "Debbie" Mangum (Mark); and his siblings, Dora Woods (Grady), Robert, Jackie (Karen) and Hagan Davis. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
