It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Rogers Whiteeagle (Crestwood, Kentucky), who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rogers and Mollie Walling Rogers; his siblings, Bobby Rogers and Suella Gonzales; his children, Lee Alvarez Rogers and Michelle Swan Rogers; and his grandson Justin.

He is survived by: his wife Terri WhiteEagle; his siblings, Freddy Rogers (Patsy), Frank Blackhawk and Nancye Rogers; and his grandchildren, Michael, Thomas and Quinton. He is also survived by 11 nieces, 5 nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to St. Joseph's Indian School, 1301 N. Main Street, Chamberlain, South Dakota 57325.
