He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Moldrem and Hazel Moldrem; and his son Kyle Moldrem. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Moldrem; and his children, Lynette Hornung (Tim), Michele Moldrem and Deborah Crawford. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; and his 6 great grandchildren.
