He is survived by: his wife Christy Ann McCauley Lewis; his children, Alan Ray Lewis (Ronnie) and Sarah Renee Line (Chris); his grandchildren, Nila Jazz Lewis, Melodi Alana Lewis, Kaylyn Marie Line and Jaxon Ray Line; and his niece Tanya Cleary (Mike).
