It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Griffin of Crestwood, Kentucky, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Griffin and W. D. Griffin; and his wife Lillian Buickerood of Tottenville, NY.. He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Deborah) of Gulf Shores, AL, Gary (Stephanie Midkiff) of Eugene, OR and Lori Byron (Robert Byron) of Red Lodge, MT.; and his granddaughters, Rebecca Bell, Robin Byron and Elizabeth Byron (Fort).
He contributed several memorials to the Veterans' Memorial Park of Kentucky in Lagrange, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Veterans Memorial Park of Kentucky, vmpky.org.
