He was predeceased by: his father Edward Skaggs; his son Cory Skaggs; and his brothers, Darryl Skaggs, Ronnie Skaggs and Steve Skaggs.
He is survived by: his children, Cody Skaggs, Tiffany Skaggs and Rebecca Skaggs; and his siblings, Eddie Skaggs, Timothy Skaggs, Brad Skaggs, Jane Burgin (Robert), Barbara Mudd (Sam) and Suzan Hensley Stokes (Jamie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family requests that contributions in Brian's memory be made to The American Cancer Society.
