He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Carolyn Davis Prisock; his grandparents, Roberta Fay Prisock, Olen Thomas Prisock, Nettie Pearl Davis and Roy Barron Davis; and his mother-in-law LeEllen Frazier.
He is survived by: his father Dwight Ray Prisock; his wife Wendy Prisock; his children, Jackson Davis Prisock, Olen Tanner Prisock and McKenzie Rose Prisock; and his siblings, Stephen Ray Prisock (Dusti Prisock) and Jennifer Prisock Towery (Justin Towery).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, or that acts of kindness be performed in his memory, reflecting the compassion and generosity he showed throughout his life.
