He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Smith; his daughter Amanda Smith of Iowa; his stepdaughter Angela Henry of Monroe, OH; and his siblings, Lillian Robinson of Crittenden, KY, Connie Spahn (Joseph) of Crittenden, KY, Ronald Smith (Linda) of Nicholasville, KY, James Smith of McKee, KY and Farris Smith of Middleburg, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
