She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Warden and Opal Warden; her siblings, Barbara Jean Byrd, Janet Angelly and Donald Warden; and her son Ronnie Wayne Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Hinchee (Chuck) and Janet Phillips of Sturgis, KY; and her siblings, Connie Kay Rehbein of Shawneetown, IL and Jackie Boy Warden of Shawneetown, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren.
