He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Barney and Ruth Barney; his son Christopher Blaine; and his sisters, Alice Butler and Elizabeth Harkins.
He is survived by: his children, Eduardo Barney, Rosie Barney, Jacob Barney and Erin Decker; and his sister Edwina Scoby (Nate). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
