McDowell, Stephanie M. Carter (Michael), Timothy L. McDowell (Marta), Crystal L. Baxley (Larry), Ranetta E. McDowell, RaKara D. Allen (Grant) and RaShawna D. Tinsley (JT); his grandchildren, Robert E., John W. McDowell, Devon Wilson, Olivia Carter, Tessa McDowell, Tyler and Nathan Baxley; his great grandchild Isabella Baxley; and his siblings, William "Bill" McDowell, Sharon Maddux, Mayree Sherer, Cindy Jett and Kem Thompson.
