He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cook and Wilma Nelson Cook; and his sister-in-law Janice Cook. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Cook; his children, Tiffany McClure (Perry), Christina Ryan (Ernie) and Robert Cook (Ashlee); his grandchildren, Calob Cook, Caydence and Easton Ryan; and his siblings, Jennie Roark (Jay), Ronald Cook and Lonald Cook (Lin). He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
