He is survived by: his wife Laura Strong; his sons, Roy Irvin Strong, Jr. (Mary), Gary Allen Strong (Laysha) of Hebron, KY and Randy Dale Strong of Dry Ridge, KY; and his siblings, Terry Strong (Jo) of Shelbyville, KY, Bobby Strong (Micki) of Alexandria, KY, Phyllis Hamilton (Lou) of Florida, Janet McMillan (Dave) of Florence, KY and Beverly Clifton (Roy) of Boise, ID.. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crittenden Baptist Church (215 Russell Dr, Crittenden, KY 41030). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
